It's been a while since I've done this and since school is starting (or
has started for most), I thought I make a cool back-to-school get-up
inspired by our lovely ladies. Their style from UGLY have been buzzing a
lot and I know many of you are wondering the tops that the girls are
wearing in the MV, well let me tell you now~ Those tops can never be
found anywhere. They are made entirely by nits and pieces from other
tops and sewn into one. In case you're wondering how, stay tune to Big21
Fashion Evolution as I bring you the top's DIY tutorial. I'm in the
process of making them.
Back to the post, starting from today, our Fashion Evolution & You

the items~ Yippie!!!
To rock the UGLY look, all you need a smart combination of whatever's
ugly with everything girly. Let's start with CL. To dress like the one
and only baddest female, you gotta think like you're the one and only
baddest female too~ I mean that by thinking that you are one step ahead
of everyone else. Get the most awesome statement printed tops and pair
them with a pair of good old shredded denim shorts. Then match the pair
with colorful leggings. All these three items must not match one
another. Next, choose any items of the three listed and match your
accessories with it. Let's say your top is green color, then your
accessories should have a green basics. Complete your look with a pair
of boots (ideally Dr. Marten) but try to mix it up by changing you boots
laces. You can match them with your accessories or go completely out of
it.
If you're more into Bom's style, it's pretty easy to finalize your look.
Get the most outrageously pretty summer dress or short dresses you can
find and accessorize with everything punk, rock or ugly. Your crazy
badass accessories would complement well with your pretty dress.Toughen
up your look with a pair of boots or high top Converse. You'll be
looking punk-rock pretty in no time. Please note to avoid anything
frilly or glittery just to avoid overdressing. You're attending a
school, not the VMAs pre-party.
My fave look will be Dara's. Personally, her personal style has been
growing on me. I like her easygoing and tomboyish approach to fashion.
In 'UGLY' her look was the best and it was so easy to be inspired by it.
If you're the cool and laid back kind of person, Dara's style should
fit you perfectly. All you need is two funky tops - 1 sleeveless and 1
with sleeves (or you can choose to have both sleeveless) and a pair of
bermuda shorts. To match Dara's style from the MV itself, take a long
sleeve tattoo printed top (especially those with tattoo designs printed
on the sleeves) and pair with a statement sleeveless top. Your chosen
shorts can be printed, denim or whatever you wish it to be as long as
you're comfortable with it. Complete your look with a pair of cool
Converse and some funky head accessories (caps, hats or headbands). To
add just a little dash of fun, you can also sport your favorite no-lens
glasses.
Minzy's look is all about being fun and youthful. You are still in
school, regardless if its high school or elementary school, you're still
young so live your youthful life with as much of your young energy as
possible. Get the most cutest printed top you can find and pair them
with bright and colorful skinny jeans (you can choose normal denim
colors if you want). Wear the look with a denim jacket that you have
pimped. How to pimp your denim jacket?? Easy~ use as many can buttons
and place them on one side of the front shoulder area of the jacket or
pin a funky design brooch on its front pockets. Put on your colorful
sneakers and complete your look with a single charm necklace. Now,
you're good to go school and rock the youthful Minzy look.
A fair tip for everyone, please keep in mind to be playful with your
look but don't go too overboard with it as well. Remember that you are
still attending school and the last thing you want is for the principal
to give you a warning or worse~ Detention. Stay away from the vulgar and
provocative clothes.
